Angie Torres was recruited in 2022 to EPLA Asset Management where she oversees the operations department. She has been in the industry since 1997. Angie began her property management adventure as an on-site manager in the city of Lynwood. She excelled as on-site manager and got promoted to Regional Property Supervisor and managed a total of 800 units. She has successfully completed multiple courses such as Fair Housing, Human Resources, Maintenance Manual and has taken many industry related trainings. She is CAM-1 certified and remains up to date in industry Law Changes. Angie’s experience and dedication landed her role as our current Director of Operation.
